Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
Account Registration: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You agree to keep your billing information (credit card numbers, expiration dates, and billing address) current so we can process subscription payments.
Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required by local law to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

7. User Content

Ownership: You retain all rights to content you submit to Hello Kado ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Hello Kado a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all User Content and any consequences arising from its submission. Hello Kado does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of User Content posted by users.
Removal of Content: We reserve the right to remove or disable access to User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Feedback and Confidentiality: If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, you grant Hello Kado a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate your feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation to you. Hello Kado Content: All content, trademarks, logos, and other proprietary materials on the Service ("Hello Kado Content") are owned by Hello Kado or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Hello Kado Content without our prior written consent.
Feedback: If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service (see Section 7.4), you grant Hello Kado a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate your feedback into the Service without obligation or compensation to you.

Third-Party Links: The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Hello Kado. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hello Kado and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the Service.

In no event will Hello Kado's total liability for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Hello Kado in the six months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Kado and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, demand, loss, or damage, including reasonable attorneys`' fees, arising out of or related to your: (i) use of the Service; (ii) violation of these Terms; (iii) infringement of any third-party rights; or (iv) User Content you submit.

15. Termination

Termination by User: You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination by Hello Kado: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete or disable access to your account and User Content. You remain responsible for any fees accrued but unpaid as of the termination date.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any dispute arising under these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other legal notices and policies published by Hello Kado, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hello Kado regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals.
